Geoff Payne has been part of the Batemans Bay community since moving to the Bay in 1981. Geoff would be known to many, in the Batemans Bay community not only through his involvement in the real estate industry, but also through his many years on the executive of organisations such as the Batemans Bay Chamber of Commerce, Eurobodalla Tourism, Batemans Bay Youth Foundation, South Coast Regional Tele-centre and Eurobodalla Business Network and also through his photographic art exhibitions.

Geoff has been involved in many of the Batemans Bay coast's major projects, including, Lincoln Downs Motel, Sunshine Bay Estate, Lilli Pilli Beach Estate, "Quarterdeck" Denhams Beach, Spinnaker Reach, Sanctuary Place and more recently, Sea Breeze Estate, Sunshine Bay Acres and Broulee Beach Estate and the tender and sale of the Batemans Bay Primary School site now Stockland Batemans Bay. Recent clients include, Eurobodalla Shire Council, Batemans Bay Soldiers Club, Canberra YMCA, Canberra Investment Corporation, Caltex Australia, St George Bank and Australian Dairy Corporation.

Geoff has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, strategic marketing and land economics. He has enjoyed an involvement as a director, on the Professionals real estate groups boards, (NSW & Vic, National and International boards) over the past 7 years. This association with some of the best real estate practitioners in Australia has been an invaluable experience and broadened Geoff's property knowledge even further.
